Where PhotoRadar expressly advertises a 14-day money-back guarantee, this is a voluntary commercial offer in addition to your mandatory legal rights. Unless the checkout or pricing page states different conditions, the offer applies to the first paid subscription purchase of an account if you request the refund within 14 days after purchase.
The voluntary offer does not apply to renewal periods, enterprise or custom agreements, abusive or fraudulent use, chargeback/dispute cases, purchases that have already been refunded, or one-time top-up packages that were fully consumed. Unused one-time top-ups may be refunded where the refund request is made within 14 days and no abuse is detected.
Contact us through the contact page or by e-mail at photoradar@email.de. Please include the account e-mail address, the Stripe receipt or invoice number if available, and a short note that you request a refund. Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For digital services and digital content that are provided immediately, this right may expire or be reduced where you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge the legal consequence required for the relevant service.
Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights. If mandatory law grants you stronger rights than this policy, those mandatory rights apply.

You can cancel subscriptions through the account or billing portal where available, or by contacting us. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal and does not automatically refund already started billing periods unless mandatory law, the checkout flow or a stated voluntary refund offer requires otherwise.
